Naval, Biliran Mayor Gerard Roger Espina, in a memo launched final week, stated “a huge number of employees” had been reported playing cell video games at some point of their duty.

Espina reminded local personnel that gambling games became now not included in their “obligation, obligation, and responsibility” as public servants.

“I wish that with this memo, suspected employees will “level up” their adulthood in phrases of the seriousness of public carrier or “squad up” to find a new place of employment,” he concluded.
