Seven simple boxing physical games for novices to master your boxing approach

It can certainly feel daunting to go to a boxing class. When you’re a novice with no clue what you’re doing, it’s smooth to experience out of the area. But you need to start somewhere. Thankfully, there are physical games you can attempt earlier than your first class or in between periods to grasp your approach and enhance your confidence. We spoke to an enterprise professional and proprietor of Box Clever Sports, Peter Liggins, to discover seven physical games we can all try at home. Peter has over 24 years of experience, so he is aware of his stuff but has saved it simple so even a total amateur can nail the basics.

Hands up, chin down
