Campbell Ave. Improve, balance, and intellectual clarity, relieve aches, and create an ordinary feeling of being properly via herbal respiration and gradual, gentle, meditative frame actions. Nine-10 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays. $55 per month for two times a week

Tai Chi for Health: Beginner’s Class —

The Studio, 4648 E. Speedway. Beginner’s class. Nine-10 a.m. Tuesdays. $10 walk-in magnificence; $60 for 9 weeks. Tai Chi for Health: Intermediate Class — The Studio, 4648 E. Speedway. Intermediate elegance. 10:15-11:15 a.m. Tuesdays. $10; $60 for 9 weeks.

Yoga
Seated Tai Chi for Health —

Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center, 1660 W. Ruthrauff Road. A gentle, however powerful, chair is elegant for people who can’t stand to work out. Even though seated, you mght also work on leg electricity, posture, and stability. Ages 18 and up. $24 for 4 instructions. 1-2 p.m. Sept. 25. $24. 465-2890.

Tai Chi within the Garden —

Mission Garden, 946 W. Mission Lane. Scott Rosano leads training; beginners are welcome. Enjoy the garden with elegance. 8-9 a.m. Saturdays

Tai Chi – The Perfect Exercise with Monk Yun Rou —

The Historic Y, 785 North 5th Ave., 2nd Floor. Class of Tai Chi, motion, meditation, and mayhem. 9-11 a.m. Sept. 28.

YOGA

Gentle Yoga —

St Francis within the Foothills UMC, 4625 E. River Road. Easy yoga to assist growth, power, flexibility, and stability, together with peace of mind. 10:30-11:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $eight. 490-4012

Chair Yoga for Cancer —

Banner UMC Cancer Center, 3838 N. Campbell Ave. An easy-paced magnificence with an emphasis on gentle movement, sweet stretches, respiration, and relaxation. This magnificence is nice for college students who are seeking a quiet and enjoyable yoga exercise. Teacher Shraddha Hilda Oropeza is certified in Yoga for Cancer Patients and Healing Emphasis on Yoga Therapy. First magnificence is unfastened. Ages 18 and up. Eleven a.m.-midday

Gentle Beginning Yoga for Bone Strengthening and Balance —

Mindful Yoga Studio, 1101 N. Wilmot Road. Great for those with very little yoga experience. Ages 18 and up. 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesdays. $eleven. Three hundred-4378.

Gentle Yoga for Back Care —

Mindful Yoga Studio, 1101 N. Wilmot Road. For the ones wishing to save you and alleviate returned and neck problems. A mild exercise appropriate for new college students and students of all degrees, irrespective of back troubles. Ages 18 and up. Four-5:15 p.M.

Hatha Yoga —

Three Jewels Tucson, 314 E. Sixth St. Stretch, ease the strain, strengthen your frame, and unwind after work. Taught using Genea Crum. Five:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays.

Sunset Goat Yoga with GOT Yoga —

The JCC, 3800 E. River Road. Yoga with pleasant goats and authorized instructors. Discounts to firefighters, police officers, and Navy employees. Ages 10 and up. Must join up through The J. Call 299-3000. 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays. $20. 299-3000

Tucson Tuesday Laughter Yoga —

Quaker Meeting House, 931 N. Fifth Ave. Breathing, yogic sporting activities, and laughter are designed to promote peace and healing. Donations were conventional. 6-7 p.m.
